A certified Personal Fitness Trainer, Nutritionist and Nutrition Coach, Lori fully embraced the flexible eating strategy and escaped her own diet prison!

“For many years I fell victim to yo-yo dieting, trying every “diet” on the market, losing weight only to put it all back on again.  Little did I know that I was causing damage to my metabolism and making it more difficult to lose weight in a healthy and balanced way.

The struggle that I know many women share is that we want to be able to eat things like chips and ice cream and still be able to lose weight and achieve the physique we dream of.  With a flexible eating strategy, I have been able to achieve that elusive balance between whole healthful foods and “fun foods” that we all seek.

I am beyond excited to share my knowledge with women all over the world because I know all too well how it feels to be a prisoner to many fad diets. Through this site, I will share information on eating a variety of foods, simple and delicious recipes for the whole family and how the flexible eating strategy helped me to shed unwanted body fat.

This journey has been a huge learning experience for me and has helped me become the person I am today. Now, I want to share what I’ve learned with all of you!

Nutrition for YOU

I am an advocate for flexible eating and getting creative in the kitchen so your customized nutrition plan will never have you eating foods you don’t like!  Your very own individual nutrition plan will include a very detailed strategy to achieve your fat loss goals and still have you eating a variety of foods.  This is where the fun lies, getting creative with recipes, using the subbing protocol and having limitless options!

Accountability for YOU

Once you get your customized nutrition and training plans, you will also receive the tools you need to track your progress, meal compliance and biweekly check ins to keep you accountable to your coach and more importantly to YOU!
