“For many years I fell victim to yo-yo dieting, trying every “diet” on the market, losing weight only to put it all back on again. Little did I know that I was causing damage to my metabolism and making it more difficult to lose weight in a healthy and balanced way.
The struggle that I know many women share is that we want to be able to eat things like chips and ice cream and still be able to lose weight and achieve the physique we dream of. With a flexible eating strategy, I have been able to achieve that elusive balance between whole healthful foods and “fun foods” that we all seek.
I am beyond excited to share my knowledge with women all over the world because I know all too well how it feels to be a prisoner to many fad diets. Through this site, I will share information on eating a variety of foods, simple and delicious recipes for the whole family and how the flexible eating strategy helped me to shed unwanted body fat.
